I have always been passionate about health and wellness. Throughout my childhood I played basketball and softball. My love of sports carried over into college where I played (and still play) recreation league softball, kickball, and dodgeball. Although I was always active, I needed something to supplement my involvement in rec league sports. I participated in my first CrossFit class in May of 2013, and I have been hooked ever since! I fell in love with the community, the Hero WODs, the fundraisers, the feeling of accomplishment (and pain…) after the most grueling workouts, the varied programming, the stress relief, the encouragement and support from the coaches, and the positive effects that CrossFit has had on my own personal health and wellness. As a coach, my goal is to help others find their passion for health and wellness, while encouraging them to achieve their goals and become better versions of themselves. My promise to all the athletes is to provide unconditional support and encouragement, while also continuing my education as a coach in order to better myself and provide the best possible coaching that I can.
