Bio
I got my start in CrossFit in 2015. I was apprehensive to try it, but I am so glad that I did, because I’ve never looked back! Growing up, I rode horses competitively and didn’t have much time for other sports. I enjoyed exploring CrossFit and discovering all of the benefits it has to offer us, both physically and mentally. Hitting the gym is an essential part of my day! As a coach, I’m excited to help you discover your strength, and develop and achieve your goals. Personally, my favorite is Olympic Weightlifting and I’m happy to geek out on all the technicalities with you. When I’m not at the gym I enjoy being with my family, friends, and my animals.
