An on-boarding program that works!
If you have no clue what CrossFit is, this program is for you. Starting off can be intimidating for many and that's why we have a guided intro experience for you.
Our intro program will help you get started at your own pace with our certified coaches helping you along the way.
- Two - 60 minute personal training sessions; 1-on-1 to get you moving safely and efficiently and also answer your questions about CrossFit. We aim for about 30-35 minutes of movement and evaluation and then about 20-25 minutes of gym FAQs and expectations as you begin your journey with us

FIRST STEP IS TO SCHEDULE YOUR FREE INTRO
During this time, we'll help you feel welcome, provide a quick gym tour, then sit down and talk about next steps. If you choose, we will have you do a short workout so we can set some benchmarks and assess where you are.

If you have CrossFit experience and you just want to come workout with us, we would love to have you! Nothing pleases us more than having visitors from other boxes come “throw down” with us!
In town for longer than a day? We offer a one week pass that includes five (5) visits for $60*.
