Barbell Club

A highly specialized program designed to improve overall strength & technique.

Our Barbell Club is a highly specialized program designed for two things:

  • Gain overall strength through powerlifting (bench, squat, deadlift)
  • Improvement and advancement of specific movements like the Clean & Jerk and the Snatch

Our programs will vary between powerlifting and olympic lifting.  Each program will range from 8-12 weeks in length.  All you need to do is come in ready to work.
