Foundations Class

Designed for the athlete looking to see what CrossFit is all about and if it’s right for you.

Classes will last an hour and will include a warm up, instructional time on the WOD (workout of the day), a workout and a cool down. The class is designed to teach you the movements used in CrossFit classes and get you ready to move into mainstream classes at your own pace.  This is your opportunity to test out the waters and see if CrossFit is the answer to your fitness goals.
