It is often said that your fitness level is 20% your activity and 80% the things you put in your mouth. And we don’t disagree. To help you really understand the power of nutrition in your quest to get healthier, we offer 1-on-1 nutrition coaching.

The goal is to address each athletes specific needs in such a way that what they choose to eat on a daily basis feels more like a lifestyle rather than a “diet”. With both life and fitness constantly throwing new hurdles our way, athletes need a program that is designed to help them combat each one. Our program is meant to educate, guide, and support athletes as they navigate their fitness journey.

What’s included:

  • Weekly check-ins (in person or virtual) about 20-30 minutes
  • Personalized goal-setting
  • 1-2 habits or “things to work on” each week
  • Weekly recipes
  • Meal planning help and guidance as needed
  • Body composition measurements (for tracking progress)

You can do all the training in the world, but no matter what, nutrition must be on point in order to have continued results with any fitness program. There are so many nutrition resources and fad diets anymore it can be hard to know which one is best for you. Let us do the thinking for you.
