CFA30 is designed to be a fast paced, fun and efficient workout to get athletes in and out in 30 minutes to meet their busy schedule.  Using mostly body-weight, dumbbells, kettlebells and cardio equipment, classes will consist of a warm-up and a metcon to give you an energetic cardio session.

CFA30 is also beginner friendly, so if you are intimated of traditional CrossFit classes or feel that you need to “get in shape” before doing traditional classes, this class is perfect to meet those needs!  Traditional CrossFit methods will be applied, but there will not be use of a barbell.
