Work one-on-one with a coach to learn the fundamental movements of CrossFit and ensure you are moving in a safe and efficient manner.
DAY3Day 4: Find a plan that works for you

We will help you create a plan and find class times that best suit your schedule. Our community helps keep you accountable and supports you as you start your journey to a happier, healthier you!
DAY4Day 30: One month into your journey

Congratulations, you’ve been with CrossFit Anazao for 30 days! You’ve shown up consistently, made progress with your technique, and are well on your way to reaching a couple of your fitness goals!
